Jan 26, 2015 · Currently, this system does not have imbedded GPS, and therefore Windows is relying on my IP address to determine where I am at. Needless to say, not only is it the wrong City, but the wrong State. Windows 10 needs an easy way to set this information when the IP address location approximation is incorrect and no GPS on the computer.

This will change where server can "see" you from. You cannot change the location of IP but you CAN change the IP ITSELF!
